Tour Guide / Coach
Rhett brings 36 years of riding experience to the team. Starting offroad riding at the age of 4. He is well versed with riding in different terrains, climates, and conditions. As well as being a decorated and championship winning Superbike Racer, Rhett understands what it means to operate as a team and get through tough situations when they arise. He has spent many years exploring the PNW mountains both on and off motorcycles, and has the knowhow to navigate through almost anything nature has to offer.

Women’s Tour Guide / Host / Support Driver
With 20 years of riding experience, Destinee brings a professional and friendly dynamic to the team that can only be found in a lady. She provides a “feel good” atmosphere to camp, as well as her excellent culinary skills. Destinee has ridden different types of motorcycles all over the west coast and is at home in any environment on two wheels.
Chris Dooley
Tour Guide / Sweep Rider
A former Superbike Racer himself, Chris has over 25 years of riding experience both on and off road. A machinist by trade, Chris has the knowhow to diagnose and repair anything in the field to ensure you are not left stranded in the wilderness.

A Midwest born motorcycle enthusiast. Gary has been riding his entire life and has forgotten more about motorcycles and mechanics than most of us will ever learn. An experienced and accomplished mountaineer and outdoorsman, Gary brings a unique skillset to the team for both the toughest and friendliest of adventures.
